Colour: Straw-yellow colour with light green highlights.
Scent: Intense aromas with fruity notes are evident including pear and white peach.
The background is delicately floral with notes of wisteria and cornflour. Beyond that, a light background of yeast and bread crust can be detected.
Taste: A decidedly fresh and fine wine with soft sensations that gently recall moss and undergrowth and a distinctly fruity note. The aftertaste offers a pleasant mineral tone.
