Technique: The selection made in the vineyard finds full expression in the winery, where each parcel is harvested separately to keep intact and pure the heritage of biodiversity sought in the vineyard. Also important is the fermentation and elevated part of these wines in small white oak barrels, which impart depth and complexity.

Then is bottled for the second fermentation for four years before release.
