Bespoi Spumante Rosé Garda Classico

It is born from the similar vinification of Preafète with early harvest of 10 days. The second refermentation is obtained with the natural method of sparkling wine in autoclave (Charmat method) at low temperature for a few months on fine lees. In these months the perlage and the elegance of its aromas will be refined.

Vintage: Millesimato 2023

Area of ​​origin: Valtènesi, Soffaino hills in the area called “Béspoi."

Harvest: Manual harvest in small crates.

Excellent with first courses, white meats, lake fish and savoury pies

Alcohol:  12.50%

Color: From petal pink to salmon with ruby ​​reflections.

Aroma: Delicate, fragrant, with hints of raspberry and wild strawberry.

Taste: Thin bubbles, dry, fresh, finely savoury with a marked salinity and honeyed aftertaste.
