Ruby red in color, it has a compelling, vinous nose with an elegantly fresh fruity bouquet. In the mouth it is well-balanced: dry, savory, full-bodied and lingering finish.
An uncommon variety, but one that has been revived in the eastern Veneto region where it has found the right soil to allow its fine qualities to emerge.
