Technique: Produced as a red wine with a maceration period of 15 days; fermentation takes place at a temperature of 25-30°C. Aged for a number of months in stainless steel before bottling.
Serving Temperature: 20°C.
Pairing Suggestions: Ideal with cured meats, roast white and dark meats and game.
