Intense straw yellow colour with golden hints. Intense bouquet, with mature fruit, such as ripe banana, dried apricot, mango, dried grape. The presence of spicy white pepper scent, with toasted almonds, vanilla, honey and a light saffron perception helps to create olfactory sensations of personality and complexity. Warm and soft on the palate, with a long finish.

    Ground Constitution: The Morainic Hills were formed during the Quaternary period, characterized by fertile soils of clay and fine gravel.

    Vineyard System: Simple arch.

    Grape Varieties: Turbiana 100%

    Production Per Hectare: 80-90 quintals of grapes.

    Harvest: Manual, beginning of September.

    Vinification: Short drying period of selected grapes in crates, followed by light pressing. Part of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks and the other part matures for 12 months in French oak barrels. Refinement in bottle for a further 4-5 months.

    Recommended Food Pairings: Fish, crustaceans and seasoned cheeses.
