Chardonnay blend made with grapes from carefully selected lots - Efforos
£18/Bottle - Sold in a cases of six bottles.
Colour: The Efforos Chardonnay presents as a shimmering, light-straw yellow.
Scent: The intense bouquet of this Chardonnay exudes hints of exotic fruit with notes of banana, quince, passion fruit, mango and melon, but also light hints of bread yeast.
Taste: The flavour on the palate is soft and harmonious, with a light aroma of pear, associated with hints of exotic tropical fruit. Added to all this a slight salty and mineral note, which makes this wine very soft, giving it an attractive volume and intense, balanced structure with good acidity.
