To characterize this blend in sandy soils like those of Valténesi, where Barbera is not a common grape variety, great mastery was required, a late harvest, drying in the lake winds and expert maturation in small French oak barriques. The result is a full-bodied and structured wine that reveals a complex and balanced aromatic profile, where the earthy notes are harmoniously balanced by the spicy and sweet notes of cocoa and plum and cherry jam.
