A wine with a low alcohol content. Lightness typical of the Veronese Trebianèl grape variety of the past. Intense aromas of white fruit. White fruit and citrus fruits on the palate. The wine is best enjoyed by shaking the bottom of the bottle before opening.

Technique: Harvesting the grapes by hand in special bins, only in the morning. Soft pressing of whole grapes, without further mechanical steps. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature and winter pause on wine lees. In spring the wine is prepared for bottling without filtration and addition of sulphur dioxide. Refermentation in the bottle that generates carbon dioxide and the deposit of yeast at the bottom of the bottle, typical of this sparkling wine. The final stage is that the bottles age in the dark for 4 months.
