La Guarda Spumante Brut 105 Rosè

Sparkling Charmat designed and produced by Gigi Negri with the only Sangiovese grapes traditionally grown by his own company where the weather conditions are ideal. There are just 105 days separating collection of Sangiovese grapes and bottling of the wine.  This is a very short period to then carry out the second fermentation in an autoclave to maintain and enhance the wine’s freshness and fruity fragrance, reminiscent of the must extracted from the skins, while retaining the features typical of Sangiovese grapes. 

It is perfect as an aperitif, for appetizers or dishes made with freshwater fish or white meat.

Service Temperature: it’s best enjoyed when served at a temperature not too cold, between 10 and 11°C, in order not to alter the harmony and pleasure of this Sangiovese brut.
