Intense straw-yellow colour with a light gold touch, its bouquet is ample and defined by the typical intense almond notes. In the mouth it’s a perfect combination of softness and acidity; fresh and persistent in taste.

Production Area: Santa Paolina, Montefusco, Irpinia, Campania.
Type of Soil: Medium-clay, rich in sulphur, of volcanic origins.
Exposure: South-East
Altitude: 350 - 400m asl.
Training system: Guyot.
Grape Harvest: second half of October.
Age of grapevines: 15 - 20 years.
Technique: Fermentation: at 15°C for 15/20 days in stainless steel 316 containers. Refining method and period before bottling: 5 months in stainless steel tanks.
Recommended Food Pairings: grilled fish, mussels, sauté and vegetables.
Serving temperature: 10°C.
