Yellow gold colour with fine and persistent “perlage”. Persistent and elegant aromas, you can taste citrus fruits, white flowers and notes of yeast. The wine is mineral and fresh with a long finish that reflects the same sensations within the aroma. Well balanced and persistent.

The vineyards are located in Montalbano’s hills at around 500m above sea level. The soil rich in limestone and silica guarantees mineral notes in the wine. The vineyards are grown with a “pergola” system, so the grape doesn’t catch the sun directly. This preserves acidity and quality. After the tirage the wine remains for 36 months in contact with the yeast. After this time the “dégorgement” takes place.
