Soil: may vary a great deal according to the geographic position, but on average it is deep, with a mainly clayey texture.
Method: Charmat method.
Altitude: 250–500 m.a.s.l.
Harvest: September-October.
Technique: White soft pressed Controlled temperature flotation and fermentation 3 months 30–40 days second fermentation in large containers.
Analytical Data: Abv 11% vol. Residual sugar 15 g/l.
Best Serve: 6-8 °C.
