Colour: Light straw-yellow with green highlights.
Scent: Intense aromas with fruity notes are evident including pear and white peach.
The background is delicately floral with notes of wisteria and cornflour. Beyond that, a light background of yeast and bread crust can be detected.
Taste: A decidedly fresh and fine taste. Extremely harmonious with pleasant acidity. The aftertaste has a fruity and mineral taste.
