A rosé that will satisfy fans of the genre. A light pink colour with hints of pomegranate and dried fruit, with a delicate after taste. After the first sip you cannot live without it.

Production: 15,000 bottles per year.
Technique: Grape selection is very important and only the best grapes are harvested, therefore production is quite low (approx. 50- 60 Q. per hectare). Once the grapes have been softly pressed they stay in contact with the skin for six hours. Spontaneous fermentation happens thanks to natural yeasts in steel tanks without temperature control. The wine is not filtered in order to keep its original aromas in tact and there is a low use of sulphites. This wine is closed with a Nomacork (sugar cane, 100% natural).
Alcohol Content: 13.5% vol.
