Production Area: Trapani, Sicily.
Technique: Produced from organic Syrah grapes, harvesting takes place only upon reaching perfect ripeness and optimum acidity. Syrah has adapted very well to Sicilian soil and climate conditions, resulting in a wine with a strong personality that fully expresses the Mediterranean.
