From an intuition on a summer night, the first sparkling Chiaretto of the Garda area is born, the famous “Notterosa” Delai here worked with the charmat method. The rigorous selection of the best naturally flavored grapes, the use of only the free-run must and the slow refermentation at low temperature give the wine a fine, homogeneous and persistent perlage, perfect for enhancing the notes of strawberry, white flowers and rose petals.
