Intense ruby red colour. Complex and intense bouquet with red fruits scents, plum, cherry, wild berries. Spicy notes of vanilla, cloves and black pepper. Aromatic herbs such as bay leaves. Dry and warm on the palate, tannic, structured and with a long finish.

Ground Constitution: The Morainic Hills formed during the Quartenary period, characterized by fertile soils of clay and fi ne gravel.
Vineyard System: Simple arch.
Grape Varieties: Red grape varieties.
Production Per Hectare: 90 quintals of grapes.
Harvest: Manual picking in trays at the beginning of October.
Vinification: Long maceration on the grape pomace with frequent pumping-over, malolactic fermentation and maturation in French and American oak barrels for 12 months, followed by a bottle refinement.
Recommended Food Pairings: Red meat dishes, game meats, mature cheese.
