Grapes: Chardonnay (65%), Pinot Nero - vinified in red (10%), Pino Nero - vinified in white (25%)NB a minimum of 35% Pinot Nero grapes are required for Rosé wine.
Technique: the Pinot Noir grapes are partially crushed and destemmed and the must ferments for a few days in contact with the skins. The Chardonnay grape undergoes soft pressing and the must, once clear, ferments in steel tanks. The bottles are stored horizontally in stacks for the second fermentation and remain there for at least 24 months.
Alcohol Content: 12% vol.
