Soil Type: Breeding and Espalier tree on sandy, volcanic soils arranged in small terraces. There are vast fluctuations in temperature from day to night.
Harvest: Manual harvest in the first ten days of October; short cold maceration of the grapes with soft pressing and low temperature fermentation. 70-80 quintals per hectare yield.
