Fruity, persistent, pleasantly floral bouquet reminiscent of white flowers and wisteria.
Rich, pulpy, and persistent, it has a well-balanced and blended acidity that enhances the varietal notes. It has a long and intense aftertaste with strong citrus notes.Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with appetizers, fish dishes and slightly aged cheeses.

Colour: Straw yellow, with slight greenish reflections.
Production Area: Eastern Veneto
Soil: is of alluvial origin and flat, mainly calcareous and clayey.
Method: Guyot
Altitude: 30 mt. mt. above sea level
Harvest: Beginning of September
Technique: Initial de-stemming (separation of the berry from the stem)
and subsequent soft pressing (separation of the must from
the grape skin).
Decanting with consequent clarification of the must, which
ferments at a controlled temperature of 16°-18°.
Subsequently, the wine remains ageing on the lees
through frequent batonnage for a few months.
2 months in a bottle.
