Tili Muffa Reale Sweet White

Technique: Palmet, or fan pruning, with spring cluster thinning and organic farming methods without the use of pesticides and herbicides.  This wine is the result of the original combination of Grechetto and Semillon grapes, gathered at a late stage when they are already dehydrated by the noble "grape mould".  This unique wine, which improves with age, is the result of careful hand picking and a traditional wine-making process accompanied by modern technology and a one year refinement in stainless steel.  Soft pressing, free-run juice fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures.  

Production Area: Assisi, Umbria

Harvest: 4000 litres per hectare yield.

An original aperitif, but also perfect with paté de foie gras; soft and aged cheeses; dry desserts and nuts.
