    Altitude: 300mt. above sea level

    Vineyard Exposure: South. 

    Soil: clayey-salty.

    Harvest: September, hand picking.

    Technique: Guyot training system.  Second fermentation of 15 days in autoclave.  Malolactic fermentation.  Ageing in steel tanks.

    Recommended Food Pairings: cold cuts, grilled vegetables, rice, boiled meat.

    Serving Temperature: 8-10°C.
