    Production Area: Santa Maria della Versa (PV).

    Altitude: 300mt. above sea level

    Vineyard Exposure: South - South-West. 

    Soil: clayey-salty.

    Harvest: end of August, hand picking.

    Technique: Guyot training system.  Cold maceration of 10 days in steel tank. Malolactic fermentation.  Ageing in steel tank.

    Recommended Food Pairings: white and red meat, medium aged cheeses.

    Serving Temperature: 14-16°C.
