DESCRIPTION:Bottega Gold has been defined as the “Glamour Sparkling”, which is characterized by the distinctive golden bottle. COLOUR AND APPEARANCE:Bright, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet: Typical and refined with fruity (green apples, pear, citrus fruits) and floral (white flowers, acacia, wisteria and lily of the valley) notes, sage and spices in the finish. Taste: Soft, harmonious and elegant, with a light body and with lively yet balanced acidity RECOMMENDED FOOD PAIRINGS: Excellent as an aperitif and in cocktails, it goes particularly well with starters, light first courses (seafood and non-aromatic herb pasta and risotto), steamed or raw fish dishes, grilled white meats, stewed or fresh vegetable dishes. SERVING TEMPERATURE: 4-5°C.

DESCRIPTION: Intense straw-yellow colour with a light gold touch, its bouquet is ample and defined by the typical intense almond notes. In the mouth it’s a perfect combination of softness and acidity; fresh and persistent in taste. RECOMMENDED FOOD PAIRINGS: grilled fish, mussels, sauté and vegetables. SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10°C.

DESCRIPTION: concentrated and deep ruby red colour. Thick perfume bursting with distinct notes of ripe fruit and jam, black cherry and blueberry. An enveloping quality, elegant but also mighty. It is rich in extract with strong tannins and an austere finish with strong personality. RECOMMENDED FOOD PAIRINGS: pappardelle with wild boar, venison, grilled steak, stews and well aged cheeses. RECOMMENDED GLASS: wide rimmed glass, Bordeaux style SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 18-20°C

PRODUCTION AREA: Oberkerschbaum wine farmstead in Buchholz/Salurn.  This Sauvignon is a selection of the best grapes from our Oberkerschbaum wine farmstead in Buchholz/Salurn. Thanks to a special microclimate, ideal aspect and challenging elevation, Oberkerschbaum is one of the most exciting crus for Sauvignon in Alto Adige.

DESCRIPTION: The Oberkerschbaum Sauvignon has an intense straw-yellow colour with subtle green highlights. Aromas of ripe citrus fruits like grapefruit and bergamot mingle with delicate notes of nettle and flint. The fruitiness of this Sauvignon continues on the palate with harmonious complexity. Despite its racy acidity, it is never too meagre and convinces with aromatic length. RECOMMENDED FOOD PAIRINGS: marvellous to enjoy on its own, but also in combination with crustaceans, complex fish creations and Asian dishes. SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12-14°C.
